Getting Scott to commit to making this next episode has proven... nigh impossible.  I reminded/nagged him many times to do the episode prior to/on Sunday, and he was a no-show.  Then I continually messaged him afterwards, he told me Wednesday.  Now today is Thursday and you guys still have no podcast.  This was supposed to be a joint endeavor between Scott and myself, but it now appears that Scott doesn't really want to do this podcast.  I wish he had informed me of this earlier, as now we've put an episode out, and gotten some listeners who like the show and want more.  Perhaps we need a new co-anchor?  I can only make podcast episodes for a few more months before I ship off to Navy Officer School...

No Podcast This (past) Week

Hi guys,

If you were all amped up for a new podcast this past Sunday, apologies!  Scott and I were out of town at a friends place all weekend, welcoming Scott back to the good old USA and thus didn't have time to make the podcast.  However, we have some questions for this week already (thanks Aaron) and my new computer should arrive from California (otherwise editing is inhumanly slow).  So everything should be set to make a new episode for you this Sunday.

Thanks for your patience, and keep the questions coming!

Question The Cosmos #1: Introduction and Water on Mars

Question The Cosmos #1: Introduction and Water on Mars

Hi everyone!  Today we bring to you our inaugural podcast.  Things were a little rough around the edges; once Scott and I get used to working together we will work out the kinks.  First off, I realize I didn't describe RSL's - RSL's (Recurring Slope Lineae) are the flowing water patterns that we observed on the surface of Mars.  This was a topic Scott knows a lot about so he did the majority of the talking, but future episodes we will try to make more of a dialogue and less of an interview.  Also, we are aware of the dropping audio quality in Scott's voice at times - this was due to some lag spikes we got in our conversation.  Once we are both back in Washington state this should go away.  Please feel free to e-mail us your questions for next week, we look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for listening!

Greetings, stranger!

What'reya buyin? Is it science? The teaser for the new Questioning the Cosmos podcast, starring none other than the illustrious Robert Lippens and Scott Burger, is now up.

"Wrath of the Sea" by Two Steps From Hell.

You may remember us from our respective old and dinosauric shows, the Big Bang and Creationism Podcast and The Thought Experiment. We've since merged into an unholy alliance of science. An allience, if you will. Boy am I the clever one. In any case, we hope you brainlessly re-tweet and copy and paste our links all over the interwebs. Chop chop!

Test post please ignore

Oh god how did this get here i am not good with computer
